Timing and Venue
Al Quds Forum will be convened in Istanbul, Turkey between November 15-17, 2007 in Feshane Exhibition and Conference Center. Participants will be staying at several hotels chosen by the organizing committee. |
Participant Registration and Receiving of Documents
Because there is a large number of participants who have come to attend this conference, we ask that the coordinators and those responsible for following up registration to:
a. Fill in the applications sent via email and submit them to the person responsible for meeting them at the airport.
b. Filling in the application forms at the arrival of participants who did not receive them earlier via email.
c. The secretarial committee will be handing over the participants their documents and name tags at the hotel, as soon as they submit their application forms. |
Arrival, Departure and Transportation Arrangements
a. The organizing committee will ensure means of transportation from the airport to the hotel for all participants who had conveyed the details of their flight and arrival beforehand.
b. Each participant must ensure their own means of transportation from the hotel to the airport after the conclusion of the conference. Taxis are readily available in Istanbul.
c. Internal Transportation: The conference's organizing committee will arrange for all transportation from the hotel to the Feshane Conference Center and back in the following manner:
1. Meeting at 8.30 am in the specified meeting points, to go to the conference hall.
2. Meeting back at 10.30 pm in front of the conference center, in order to go back to the meeting points.
d. Each participant must confirm his/her own return booking with the help of the reception desk at their hotels. Anyone needing telephone numbers for travel offices, can use the assistance of the information desk at the Feshane Conference Center. |
Lunch Meals
Breakfast will be served at the hotels, while lunch for all participants will be served at the Feshane Conference Center between 1-2.30 pm. As for dinner, participants will need to make their own arrangements. |
Medical Services
The conference center is providing a medical team, which can assist in any situation needing first aid or medical services. |
Language of the Conference
Arabic, Turkish and English will be available by means of translation services. |
Information Center
There will be an information desk at the Feshane Conference Center. Participants can use its assistance all throughout the conference. |
